We visit your home to feed your pets, clean litter trays/cages and to give them some well deserved fuss. We can also pick up your mail, put out/bring in your wheelie bins so that they can be emptied and also water any plants that need watering.
Caring
We are a family based team with a few animal loving friends who help us out in the areas we can’t do. We have all owned pets for the majority of our lives so we have the necessary experience to care for your pets as if they were our own.
Areas
We cover Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Altrincham, Hale, Timperley, Sale, Northwich, Chelford, Macclesfield & many other surrounding areas of Cheshire. We may be able to do other areas for a small supplementary charge.
Value
Prices start at just £12 per visit for 1 cat/cage which is a small price to pay to keep your pets happy and content! We are happy to accept one off bookings as well as regular bookings and we don’t charge any extra for last minute requests.

More Than Just Pet Sitters – We’re Pet Parents Too!
Animal Sitting was born in 2011 out of a deep understanding that for many of us, pets aren’t just animals; they’re our babies. We know this because we feel it too! When it came time to care for our own beloved dog, Dillon, and our cats, Pebbles and Mittens, the idea of kennels or catteries just didn’t sit right.
We dreamed of creating a warm, nurturing alternative to traditional boarding – a place where pets could feel as comfortable and loved as they do at home. That’s why we founded Animal Sitting, dedicated to helping fellow pet parents find that much-needed peace of mind.
From childhood, animals have been a huge part of our lives. We’ve shared our homes with countless furry companions, often taking in strays or adopting from shelters. This lifelong passion for animals fuels our commitment to making their happiness and safety our absolute top priority. Our deep respect for all living beings even extends to our long-term vegetarian lifestyles.
Meet the Team:
- Adam: After pursuing his A Levels and a BSc in Management from Manchester, Adam moved into advertising before realizing his true calling was with animals. He now dedicates his full energy to running Animal Sitting.
- Laura: Laura also completed her A Levels and earned an LLB law degree from Manchester. While she works full-time in Taylor Wimpey’s legal department, her heart is always with Animal Sitting, where she actively contributes to our operations.
