10 Steps To Find The Perfect Holiday Home For Your Dog


1. Have a browse through the different home from home boarders we have available below.

2. Get in touch with us using the contact form situated at the bottom of the page or use the Contact Us page letting us know which boarders you are interested in and which dates you are looking at.

3. We shall check the availability of the boarders you have requested and we shall get back to you with some more information.

4. If you are happy with everything and would like to arrange a free meet & greet with your chosen boarder then please let us know and we shall email over an online client information form for you to fill in which we shall pass on to the home boarder.

5. Your chosen home dog boarder will contact you to arrange a suitable time for you to pop over with your dog.

6. You pop over to meet the home boarders with your dog so that they can have a good sniff around and so that you can ask any further questions you may have.

7. If you are happy with everything and wish to book in, then just drop us an email and we shall send over an invoice to start the booking process.

8. You pay us a 20% deposit if the booking is more than 30 days away, or the full balance if it is less than 30 days away, and your dog will be fully booked in. Any remaining balance is due to us 30 days before the start of the booking.

9. You drop your dog off before you go on holiday making sure they have with them their food, bed, lead, bowls, treats and any favourite toys to play with.

10. You go on holiday with the peace of mind that your dog is being well looked after and is having just as good a time as you are.

Sue & Brian have owned dogs for over 30 years and have been home boarding dogs for 3 years. They have looked after all kinds of dogs from Miniature Pinschers to German Shepherds so they are very experienced with all breeds of dogs. They live in a large semi-detached house in Wilmslow with a lovely secure garden for the dogs to play in. Brian is retired and Sue works part time so there is always someone around to look after the dogs. They have 3 teenage daughters who live at home who help to look after the dogs and give them lots of love and attention.

Jacqui & Steve

(Wincham, Northwich Home Dog Boarding)

Jacqui & Steve have owned numerous dogs and other pets over the years and currently have two friendly Spaniels.  Jacqui works part time at a veterinary hospital and Steve is retired, so there is always someone around to keep your dog company as well as company of the canine kind!   They live in a detached house in a village between Knutsford and Northwich, very close to Junction 19 of the M6 and approximately 20 minutes from Manchester Airport so handy for dropping your pet off en route to your flight.  Their home has a very large garden which is perfect for dogs to have fun in and there are lots of countryside walks right on their doorstep.  Their two Spaniels love taking part in agility and flyball and there are a few jumps and weave poles in the garden should your dog fancy ‘having a go’ during his/her stay.

Nicky & John live in Romiley in a detached house with a large secure garden for the dogs to play in. They have been caring for dogs in their home for the past 12 months. They are just a short walk from Chadkirk & Woodbank Park and the Peak Forest canal so there are plenty of lovely walks to keep your four legged friends well entertained! John is retired so can spend all of his day looking after the dogs and taking them for long country walks if required. Nicky works for British Gas so caring for the dogs in the evenings and weekends is a great escape from her day job.

Nicky & John are happy to accommodate larger dogs or dogs that require a lot of exercise.

Emma only works part time during term time and George works from home so there is always somebody to keep the dogs company.  Emma has lots of experience with dogs either owning them or working with them and is familiar with a lot of different breeds. She currently owns a 13 year old rescue dog.  She has a lovely secure garden and there are plenty of walking opportunities in the area.

Jean left behind a 25 year career in the Civil Service as she wanted to pursue a career in animals, which is her true passion in life. Jean has owned pets all of her life including lots of different furries and two gorgeous rescue dogs, Pepper & Jess who have now sadly passed away.
